Premium Roof Replacement

This customer selected our 5-Star roof system using Landmark Pro Colonial Slate shingles. This premium roof replacement includes 25 year warranty and non-prorated material coverage for up to 50 years.

  • Installed attic baffles creating air intake into the attic for proper ventilation.
  • Ice and water shield with synthetic underlayment for added protection.
  • Installed New Velux skylight.
  • Water proofed chimney with Prim-A-Pell H2O spray sealer
  • Replaced chimney flashing.
  • Installed external baffled nail over ridge vent to complete attic ventilation.

Roof Replacement in Fayetteville

This home is located in the Penn National community in Fayetteville Pa.
Customer selected Landmark Pro. Heather Blend shingles.

  • Replaced chimney flashing to ensure against future chimney leaks.
  • Installed nail over ridge vent with external baffle, creating the most effective
    form of manual attic ventilation.
  • Installed 6″ .032 gauge seamless gutter; color Terratone.
  • Installed 6″ Gutter RX leaf guard. (Gutter RX offers 20 year warranty
    against gutter clogs.)

Siding at Beck Manufacturing

This project was performed at Beck Manufacturing Waynesboro Pa.
We replaced wood siding using CertainTeed Iron Max vertical siding
in the color of Natural Clay.

  • Installed vented eave soffitt to create roof ventilation.
  • Installed new 6″ dark bronze aluminum gutter to replace
    the rusted steel gutter.
  • Installed snow retainers on existing standing seam roof to protect against personal injury and damage to new gutters due to snow.
